    This was an amazing fusion of yoga and pilates!! Still challenging for my balance though but made till the end. Getting back on track after my first pregnancy… it’s been a year now and I’ve been getting stronger and keeping my softness at the same time on each level! Time to shower and snooze !       When the rest periods are very short and the overall volume/intentity is very high, then nope it's not a joke. My weights are only a reference. And both of these exercises are still valuable even at bodyweight 🙏🏼
